Sessions can be requested through our contact form or by email. A session is confirmed once we have agreed on the date, time and price, and payment has been received [or: as agreed with the client].

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are provided as a personalized quote based on the type and length of the session. Payment is made through Zelle. Payment details are shared after your session is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. [Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations may not be refunded.]

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, be available at the scheduled time, and ensure a reliable phone or internet connection for the session.

6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and professional interpretation. However, Global Voice Translation LLC is not responsible for decisions, outcomes or damages resulting from the content of conversations, or for interruptions caused by technical issues outside our control. Our services do not replace legal, medical or other professional advice.
